Straightforward terms for using ilovemd

Who may use the service

You may use ilovemd for lawful personal, educational, and commercial work. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. Users who cannot legally agree to these terms must not use the service.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in the content you process. You must have the right to use it and are responsible for its legality, accuracy, and any required permissions. Browser-only conversion does not give ilovemd ownership of your document.

Acceptable use

• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Do not introduce malware, probe security, overload the site, or bypass reasonable technical controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Do not misrepresent converted output as verified or certified by ilovemd.

Review converted output

Conversion cannot be exact for every format. Fonts, spacing, pagination, complex tables, embedded media, application-specific extensions, and remote resources can change. You are responsible for checking the final file before publishing, submitting, printing, or relying on it.

Site content and third-party services

The ilovemd name, visual design, original guides, and site software are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Open-source packages and third-party services remain subject to their own licenses and terms. External links are provided for convenience, not as an endorsement.

Availability and disclaimers

ilovemd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect conversions, preservation of unsaved work, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may change, limit, or discontinue features.

Liability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, ilovemd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or converted output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
